Mr. Jonathan Smith,

a native Atlantan, has a bachelor of Music in Piano/Theory from Georgia State University and a Master of Music Theory from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He has taught paino for thirty years and has been the pianist at The Church at Decatur Heights for twelve years. He is also a member of the Grammy Award winning Atlanta Symphony Chorus, a position he has held since 1998.

Mr. Smith is a sought after accompanist for several established Atlanta musicians. He and his wife live in Lilburn, Georgia and have six grown children.

Started playing seventeen years ago and has studied with Raymond Leing, Judith Cox and Baroque Specialist Jeanne Johnson.

He has been Director of Music at the Central Spanish SD Church, the Forest Park Methodist Church and Noah's Ark, a non-demoninational Church.

He also teaches for H.O.M.E., a fine arts connection in McDonough, Georgia.

Doctor Bill Hearn

Received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Guitar Performance from Florida State University and a Doctorate in Guitar from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He is a three time International Semifnalist in the Guitar Foundation of Artist Program. He has been on staff at Harmonies Muisc since 1997 and has also been a visiting Instructor in Lute, Mandolin, Chitarrone and Baroque Guitar at Florida State University. He performs regularly with Atlanta's New Trinity Baroque Orchestra and the Atlanta Guitar Trio on Guitar, Mandolin and Chittarone. Dr. Hearn also teaches Flamenco Guitar, folk, rock and blues as well as ukulele and bajo.

Bachelor of Music from Shorter College

Studied with Dr. Jennifer Cowgill, Dr. John Thomasson and Miss Phoebe Pomeroy.

Operatic credits include Alida in Robert Ward's ROMAN FEVER, Pagagena

in Mozart's THE MAGIC FLUTE , Musetta in Puccini's LA BOHEME, as well as many other outstanding productions.
